Looking back at her battle with breast cancer after being diagnosed in 2015, the 49-year-old BBC presenter admitted that it was emotional to revisit the process.
Victoria revealed that she is doing well after finishing her final major treatment, telling hosts Ben Shephard, 42, and Kate Garraway, 50, she was feeling "really good".
"Sometimes it's like it never happened to me, sometimes it's right at the forefront of my mind," she added.
The Good Morning Britain presenters then introduced a montage of clips which the star kept throughout her treatment in order to show transparency as she went through the process.

"Video diaries are so searingly honest and you haven't hidden anything," Ben commented, as she agreed: "I haven't."
"There's some brutal moments to watch as a viewer," he continued. "Do you struggle watching them back now? Have you watched them back?"
"No, I haven't," Victoria replied, appearing slightly overwhelmed by the emotional topic. "But just seeing those clips there I could cry.
"I think cancer – for me anyway – it sort of chips away some of your armour and I can cry at the drop of a hat now, which is fine," she laughed.

Victoria was diagnosed with breast cancer after an inverted nipple led her to visit her doctor.
"Within a week it was diagnosed as breast cancer," she explained, "At that moment there was a profound shift in my lift.
"The reason I didn't check myself was because of the invincibility thing and you're busy, you forget," she said.
The presenter also urged viewers to check for signs of cancer, saying: "We know if you find something early your chances of survival are increased immeasurably. Just do it."
