The former Spice Girl is said to be taking on Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford's Friday duties as they host Monday to Thursday.
Geri would be juggling her new parent duties with the presenting role after giving birth to her second child, Monty, earlier this year.
The 44-year-old is reportedly thrilled with the new job, with a source telling the Daily Star: "Geri wants to reinvent herself as a telly host and this was an offer she couldn't turn down.
"She is keen to take her TV career further, loves This Morning and has appeared on it several times," they added.
