The third offering of the HBO show saw a victorious Euron Greyjoy (played by Pilou Asbaek) present Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) with two Sand Snakes – Ellaria (Indira Varma), who killed her beloved daughter Myrcella (Nell Tiger Free) and the leader’s eldest daughter Tyene Sand (Rosabell Laurenti Sellers).
With tear-filled eyes, the queen of King's Landing was alleviated to be able to exact her revenge after so many months. After using the same poison kiss method to condemn Ellaria’s daughter, she told the devastated mother that she would be forced to live out the rest of her days in the dungeon watching Tyene’s body rot away.
However, after the heartbreaking scene from The Queen’s Justice was over, Cersei raced to her paramour and Kingslayer Jaime (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau) to engage in a round of particularly passionate lovemaking.
While Cersei had guidance from a member of the Sept in peeling off the destructive residue, she isn’t an expert in the art of poison, and had no idea if it was all completely removed before kissing her beloved. It could mean that the leader of the Lannister army is now on borrowed time, as the toxins potentially work their way through his veins.

She’ll be the end of you
Another potential hint at the fan-favourite character’s future occurred at the end of the episode when he was sent to kill Olenna Tyrell (Diana Rigg), also by poison.
Trying one last time to convince the fighter to switch his allegiance, she said: “You love her [Cersei], you really do love her.
“She’ll be the end of you. She’s a disease, I regret my role in spreading it; you will too,” she added ominously.
The episode ended with a jaw-dropping trailer for next week’s episode, teasing all-out war as Mother of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) declares she’s had enough of the games.
