The presenter was left red-faced when the stand-in host reminded him of the awkward moment he struggled to pronounce the name of a famous downhill skier in 2011.
A contestant was asked what sport Fanny Chmelar was famous for but before they could answer, Bradley Walsh burst into hysterics and could not stop laughing at her name.
The clip quickly went viral and is still thought of as one of the funniest moments on The Chase.
But now, Bradley has apologised to Fanny for embarrassing her on the popular ITV show.

Speaking about the painful episode, Christine commented: "You do have some laughs on it, don't you? Going back to the Fanny question.
"I'd love to meet her, just to apologise," the 57-year-old replied. "She must have had enough of it by now.
"The poor thing. I do apologise. I have to apologise to Fanny. I'm sorry Fanny. She's a very good downhill skier by all accounts."
While Bradley apologised to the sportswoman on air, Christine revealed they had reached out to her to see if she had anything to say to him.

"But she got back to us and said, 'I'm just not interested'. She basically told us to clear off, in the nicest way."
